Cilla’s Blend is a graceful blend of 69% SYRAH, 20% CABERNET FRANC, 4% MALBEC, 4% PETIT VERDOT and 3% CABERNET SAUVIGNON from estate grown Happy Canyon AVA hillside hand-sorted fruit. Fermentation is performed in open-top barriques using classic manual punchdown. The wine is brought up for twenty months in a combination of new and neutral French oak barrels in the cold Cimarone cellar.
