This delicious Cabernet Franc was made with 100% county fruit. The nose is of roasted red peppers and bing cherries with a subtle earthiness. This fruit forward red has a slight astringency and good tannin balance leading to a soft finish. Excellent paired with pork tenderloin or a lamb with fresh herbs.
