We aged our Cabernet Sauvignon for 18 months in new French oak. Look for notes of coffee, caraway, leather and tobacco with nice hints of spice. This is a full-bodied wine with fat, round and ripe fruit flavours and robust tannins. Lots of cherry and aged dark fruit flavours, vanilla and mocha on the palate with a silky, slightly oaky finish.
