The Grande Reserve Chardonnay is an imaginative marriage of Chardonnay grapes: Mersault, Pouilly Fuisse and other Grand Bourgogne Chardonnay grapes are added to Chardonnay picked at the foothills of the mountains in the South of France. The wine is fresh and crisp and releases citrus and tropical fruit aromas. It is a surprising melody of slightly buttered, toasted and vanilla notes, thanks to a six-month aging in oak cask. The long finish is lightly mineral. Enjoy with pasta, fish or salads.
