User Reviews Crush Me Press 01/31/11 11:19 PM Well now, just a beautiful example of the Chardonnay Grape. Wonderful light gold color with a nose of green apple and pear. The palate reveals a lovely integrated wine with great fruit up front, and a lightness through the mid palate leading to pleasant acidity, a splash of very lightly toasted oak and a hint of caramel carrying you through a long finish. A classic pairing would be Lobster with butter.
