Find the Best Price! The 2006 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from our premium McLaren Vale vineyards with well drained sandy loam soils and red alluvium. The fruit was fermented on skins for 8 - 10 days with 70% of the wine completing barrel fermentation. Each vineyard batch was matured for 20 months in specialised new and used oak from a range of coopers in France and USA. Only our best Cabernet barrels were selected for the final blend.
