The 2007 Hosmer Pinot Gris features ripe peach, melon and mineral aromas that give way to a rich, fruit laden palate and lingering finish. This varietal wine has no oak aging and is an excellent alternative to Chardonnay. Pinot Gris is sometimes known as Pinot Grigio.
