Rosé Paradisos
Find the Best Price! Our ninth vintage of dry, barrel-fermented and barrel-aged Rosé. Made mostly from the Sangiovese grape, combined for complexity and completeness—not to confound nor conform—but to coalesce with Temprañillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Lemberger, and Malbec. A bit of collaboration with Riesling for a coefficiency of aroma and bouquet. A Rosé with cajones to pour in the kitchen as a complaisant companion to cold cuts, ham, smoked turkey and coho. A little “come hither” to a sensual salad.
