Shadow's run Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon
Find the Best Price! This is the sixth vintage of Shadow’s fine red. The 2007 vintage has a bouquet of lifted cinnamon, cardamom spice with a hint of fresh leaf, red cherry and white chocolate.
As always, this wine is an easy drinking blend with flavours of strawberry, red cherry and Satsuma plum fruits with a vanilla and coconut mid palate that is framed with luscious dark chocolate. This ripe, juicy and elegant blend of Shiraz (66%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (34%) finishes with crisp acid and soft tannins,

In fact, because of the experience, I intend to buy several more for my personal cellar. Those who shared the wine with me were of the same opinion.
